Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for facilitating learning solutions, including instructor lead classroom, WebEx and remote training rooms via video conferencing and other technologies; delivering training using adult learning principles, effective facilitation concepts and successful classroom management; providing support with client needs analysis, consulting, and recommendations of learning solutions; responsible for the successful transfer of knowledge to the student meeting speed to proficiency expectations.

Required Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Education, or Training, or related field, OR 4 years of experience in either insurance or health care or communications or training that includes experience in one or more of the following:
  • Coaching of team members, or coaching small groups or performance analysis or development of solutions
  • Classroom facilitation or leading small meetings or small groups
  • PC experience utilizing software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, subject matter experts
  • Experience with Learning Management System or other related system/application

Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of insurance or health care or departmental-specific area
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
